Revenue, Treasury and Buy-Backs

Where the 1% goes: a visible path from chargeable activity to treasury governance.

The 1% agent fee creates a potential protocol revenue stream whenever chargeable activity occurs. Motes intends to use revenue for buy-backs and additional ecosystem operations.

The split between these uses, execution timing, treasury policies and buy-back methodology are not fixed in the present protocol description.
